Last weekend saw an enthusiastic bunch of boogers crawling up the coast for a team-building together time. The Western Province team gathered at Yzerfontein where they found awesome surf and mountains of delicious food! Our faithful committee member, Anmari, knows the way to a bodyboarder's heart...she snuck into the kitchen and quietly laid on a few feasts, then disappeared leaving a contented crew talking and joking around the fire. Saturday morning found some perfect 6-foot sets yawning into the bay - there was nothing to do but get out there and rip them up! A few hours later everyone wandered back to the chalets buzzing tales of "that was the best..." "did you see my..." etc., only to be welcomed by endless yummy chicken mayonnaise on rolls. After a good chilling session, the team packed up and rolled back into town - agreeing that that was a recipe definitely to be repeated.812 views
