Blowout Bodyboarding kicks off 2012 with a bang

Blowout Bodyboarding Club held its first contest of the year with some great surf at Margate Beach last Saturday.
In the Pro Division, Terence Pieters was in fine form and clinched the win ahead of Bradley Moys, Brendon van Rooyen in third and Dane Klusener fourth.
Dane Klusener was the man to beat in the Dropknee Division and ultimately took the win. Dune Barker was runner-up, Pieters third and Brendon van Rooyen was fourth.
Michael Mynhardt pulled out the win in the Juniors Division. Kerwyn Laas had to be content with second place, JC Johnson placed third and Wesley Coetzee was fourth.
The next Blowout Bodyboarding Club contest will take place at St Mikes on the 25th March.
