Three days in and life is sweet as... The durban crew are everywhere in Indo at the moment, running into saffas at every turn, mostly standups but 9 in our group makes for good times with EVERYONE putting craft prefernces aside and enjoying life.
The crew consists of Random Projects' Chris Green, Dustin Weber, Bradley Conlong and Stuart Bradford as well as Dane Lott, JP Dudley, Dave Harris, our Aussie Import and ex saffa Arab, and myself.
We got the Kuta thing done in style with the NO FRIENDS 9 premiere which was awesome. Heard someone say Stoker didn't edit it but it was really good with an awesome soundtrack to boot. Got to party with the 662mob guys, Eddie, Dre, Zak Baz and Also Manny Vargas who loves Saffas and bought ALL of us a beer, Craig Maree and Danny Black too, good times. So good getting wavesall day in the sun then drinking till 4am after a video premiere and walking home with all your cash and a camera no worries... It's like paradise oh and people who know me will know I'm stoked when I say UI haven't worn shoes since I landed, at all...
We're in Bingin today and staying at the sickest spot, I'll have to give up the name later though... Everything is so cheap, like R175 for a weeks accomodation a and a scooter to cruise on complete with board rack...
Dustin Weber managed to crash his bike before he got it out the gate and then him and Stu Bradford managed a 2nd spill coming up the hill from padang but it's all good, they've never ridden before so it's kinda understandable... There's supposed to be a 6foot swell tomorrow with Danny hoping to shoot eddie,dre, manny and the boys out there so it'll be sick, hopefully I'll get some sick shots too...
