ISSUE 11 - late or just not happening?

I have been an subscriber since the end of 2008. I have never received my Sixty40 on time, I have always seen them in the shops before it appeared in my mailbox...... now, no Sixty40 this YEAR! Can you guys please help me out to answers and when we can expect Issue 11? Hopefully before Christmas?
