SABA Judging!

Just out of interest,
How do you become a judge for a SABA Contest?
Do you have to write an examination or anything?
Is there any way to become an IBA accredited judge?
Just wondering if there were any rules or guidelines that kept SABA judges in check?
Maybe there was a way to publish or show some of the more pertinent judging criteria that would help any up and coming bodyboarders who aren't too clued up on the Rules?

SABA have their Rule Book available for download in their library on http://www.sabaonline.co.za and this does cover judging and interference.
